Prices and Currencies

All prices are shown on the English language version of the website in U$D. All currencies will be converted to U$D.

Zigel reserves the right to revise the price of products without notice at any time.

Lost and Damaged Products

In case any products are lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us by email stating your complaint, order number and contact information.

Please return damaged products within 10 days of receipt. We will exchange damaged products or refund the cost of the products and shipping.

Exchanging Products and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our products, please return them, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt to our address:

Please note that we will not exchange or refund products which have been have been damaged or washed by you after receipt. Items must be returned in a saleable condition.

Since you are responsabile until we receive them, we ask that you send them using a shipping service that provides you with proof of posting and that insures you for the value of the products.

We will not refund shipping costs unless you were sent the incorrect product or a damaged item.

Refunds will only be made if products are returned within 21 days of receipt of the products.

The rights to designs by Zigel and the content of this website are owned by Zigel. They are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission.

Rights to the designes of products designed by the website's suppliers are the property of their owners.

Zigel will not be liable to any unauthorized use of copyrights expressed by any of its suppliers whatsoever.

You may contact us regarding any suspected copyright infringements by our suppliers and we will shortly remove the related products from the website.
